About Us
Founders’ Story: Jose and Sayda Ramirez
Wildcat Ranch LLC was founded on August 22, 2021 as a horse boarding facility by Sayda Ramirez and Jose Ramirez. The facility and the horse’s welfare soon became our highest priority. Rest assured that the horse will be treated as though it were one of our own. If ever the horse becomes sick or needs special attention, feel comfortable knowing we value transparency with our clients above all, for your sake and the horses.
Together, Sayda and Jose recognized the powerful role that animals (particularly horses) can play in healing, resilience, and personal growth. Drawing from their military backgrounds, clinical expertise, and therapeutic experience, they decided that Wildcat Ranch would become a safe, supportive environment where individuals and families can reconnect, rebuild confidence, and find purpose. Their shared commitment to service continues to guide the ranch’s mission to support veterans, first responders, children, and the broader community through equine-assisted programs and compassionate care.
One year later, Wildcat Ranch Phoenix, a 501 (c) (3) entity was established on August 22, 2022. Wildcat Ranch Phoenix is a nonprofit organization committed to healing hearts and strengthening communities through equine-assisted services. As a 501(c)(3), we proudly serve veterans, first responders, children, and individuals facing physical, emotional, or developmental challenges by offering a supportive space where connection, confidence, and well-being can grow.
